A new-to-me rental condo needed only some minor touch-ups and a light fixture replaced, or so I thought. Ryan was able to handle the initial task with no problem, but while doing so found other ‘issues’ that the inspector apparently overlooked. He also suggested and carried out a ‘fix’ for a problem for which I hadn’t been able to think of a solution. All at a reasonable price, I thought. (Before and after pics attached).
